This is by the one and only Federico Archuleta aka Fe De Rico. Normally we don’t identify the artists on this blog, but Fe De Rico is a legitimate Austin legend with commissioned pieces all over town. This one, along with many others, is on Cheapo’s Records building on North Lamar.
